Dr David Starkey is one of Britain’s most distinguished and recognisable historians, renowned for his sharp insight, deep scholarship, and unrivalled ability to bring our broader constitutional story to life. Over a long and influential career, he has authored numerous acclaimed books, presented landmark documentaries, and become a familiar voice in national debate.
The Christmas prize draw will be made with first second and third prizes of £300/£200/£100.
The cost is £38 per person payable in advance, which must be received by Friday 5th December (this is the deadline for final confirmation with The Hotel).

Smoked haddock fishcake, poached egg, light curry and almond dressing.

Roasted breast of Sussex turkey cooked in sage butter, toasted chestnut onion and thyme stuffing, chipolata and bacon
wrap, warm bread and cranberry sauce.
