Please do support and amplify the Ukraine Humanitarian Appeal from the Disasters Emergency Committee. The UK Government will match donations from the public pound-for-pound up to £20 million. This is largest ever aid-match contribution.
UPDATE - Saturday 5th March
Eastbourne's MP, Caroline Ansell, joined the lovely Lyudmyla, Eastbourne resident and Ukrainian national.
"Just during today's solidarity rally, local people donated enough money to buy emergency food for 28 days for 14 families through the Disasters Emergency Committee (DEC). We raised £385 which will be match funded by the Government to give £770."
