Sovereign Harbour centre

Sovereign Harbour comprises the development of the beach-land to the east of Eastbourne's town centre.

Opened in 1993, it was previously known as The Crumbles. The marina consists of five separate harbours (North, South, West, Outer, and Inner Harbour). There is also a thriving retail park and delightful open spaces.

Sovereign ward residents are represented at County Hall by Conservative Penny di Cara, and by Conservative Borough councillors Kshama Shore OBE, Paul Metcalfe MBE and Penny di Cara. They are all working hard to improve life for residents and visitors. They hold monthly surgeries to deal with local issues and their contact details are below.
