Chairman of Eastbourne Conservatives

Iain Shore is Chairman of Eastbourne Conservatives. He grew up abroad in an Army family, being sent to school at Clifton College in Bristol, then to the Royal Military Academy Sandhurst, beginning commissioned service in 1974.

Elected to the Borough Council in May 2023, Nigel lives locally and will be a strong voice for residents across Sovereign Ward.

Eastbourne Borough Council, Conservative Councillor for Ratton

Nick Ansell runs a tour and private-hire business, having taught PE for 30 years and played cricket for Eastbourne.
He said, “The town’s sport and leisure facilities are important and, as a family man, I am keen to develop more youth opportunities as well.”

Eastbourne Borough Council, Ratton Ward

David Small has lived in Eastbourne his whole life, attended Ratton school and East Sussex College. He works for Caroline Ansell MP where he very much enjoys helping local people on many issues, and is keen to build on this for the benefit of Ratton residents.
